We were delighted to be selected by the Morning Call Newspaper as one of the companies that is poised for a splendid 2010!
Despite the economy, 2009 was a fabulous year for us! Not only did we restructure the agency, but we moved into an amazing new location on Main Street in Macungie! We hired a new team member, Elaine Schwien. We had a record year of production results, mostly attributed to our in-house referrals!
Like any small business, we have to keep selling to stay alive. Our clients have gone above and beyond with referrals! We are delighted to say that almost all the new business we write is because our current folks send friends and family our way!
To thank our clients, we celebrated with a Client Appreciation Open House in December. We loved spending the day with the people who joined us throughout the last 12 years. It was great to see “ya all” and catch up on things!
With many changes and challenges, we said Goodbye to 2009. It was a great year overall. However, with eagerness and excitement, we say “Bring it on!” to 2010.
