Many of you have asked about our previous Referral Rewards Program. It was very successful during our first ten years. When we merged into the larger association last year, it was discontinued.
Now that we’ve opened our new office in Macungie, we are pleased to announce that the program is back in full swing!
If you are unfamiliar, here’s how it works! We believe that when we do an excellent job for you, when we provide service that “WOWS” you, you will tell your friends and family. Those folks tend to be a lot like YOU! We want to insure more people who are JUST LIKE YOU!
We’ve tried lots of different types of advertising. Much of the time we feel like we’d get just as good of a response if we threw the dollars out of the car window.
So, instead, we prefer to reward our clients when they send others our way! We try to change the “reward” from month to month to keep it fun. We’ve used gift cards for Dunkin’ Donuts, Perkins, Pizza Hut and more. We’ve given out mugs, t-shirts and baseball caps. Saying “thank you” in a sincere and entertaining way is fun for us and fun for you!
We’d like your input in regard to your favorite “vendor partners” so we know what direction to take in the future.
We’re also looking into working with some of you in a “focus group” to better understand what we do right…and what you think we could do better! If you are interested in being part of something like this, let us know.
